Working Group of Subsoil Use Committee holds a panel session

Representatives of Tau-Ken Samruk NMC JSC have taken part in a regular meeting of AGMP Subsoil Use Committee. Minerals and subsoil use code was on the agenda of the panel discussion.
In the course ofexplaining the essence of the amendments and document provisions as part of the panel session, some 50 amendments into the Code, accompanying the law project, have been approved.
Representatives of ERG, Kazzinc, Kazakhmys, ArcelorMittal Temirtau, Kazatomprom and other subsoil use companies as well as advisors and code drafters in the person of White & Case LLP lawyer Timur Odilov and Olympex Advisers LLP Managing Director Diyar Yereshev have taken part in the event.
