Erbol Bazaralinovich was born in Glubokoye village of East-Kazakhstan region, in 1988 graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute with major “Metallurgy of Non-Ferrous Metals”. The same year he started his career in Ust-Kamenogorsk Lead and Zinc Plant. He worked in different positions starting from an operator of hydrometallurgy to the director of the plant. In January 2014 Erbol Bazaralinovich was appointed as a director of LLP «Tau-Ken Temir» producing the metallurgical silica in Karaganda.
For active and productive activities, E.B. Imankulov was awarded the state award «Yenbek Danky» III degree, the silver medal of LLP «Kazzinc».
His wife Aizhan Syrymovna Isengalieva and his son Adil Erbolovich Imankulov were died together with Erbol Bazaralinovich.
